Wings of Hermes coaching plans for running and nutrition are all custom-designed to achieve your goal, whether it's to increase distance, improve time, lose weight or just continuously improve running and nutrition.

For all plans, you can expect daily input and monitoring in the beginning, then weekly as you progress, with progress tracked and shared through running and nutrition mobile apps. Monthly sessions will then deep-dive into specific results, challenges and next levels of goals and planning.

How It Works:

 

  • I’ll write all of your running plans to help you achieve your running goals and upload them to V.02, an easy-to-use app to view your daily and weekly running workouts.

  • Workouts are automatically uploaded to your Garmin watch and guide you through the day’s run, including any breaks and training paces.

  • Balancing running with the complexities of life is challenging, my training plans are easily modifiable. Just communicate with me via the app (or text) and I’ll update your training plan for the week, typically within hours.

  • Have questions? Send me a message or text! You can also schedule as many free 15-minute video conference session for in-depth questions or discussions.

Setting & Achieving Long-Term Goals, for Beginner to Ultra-Marathoner

Are you looking for a long-term coach?

Whether you’re a new runner wanting to prepare for a 5k race or an experienced marathoner wanting to quality for Boston, I’ll write your running plans using Dr. Jack Daniel’s VDOT framework and load them directly into your Garmin watch. I’m also a quick message away if you have any questions and I respond quickly!

 

Together we’ll get you in shape for the long haul!

Guided and Tracked Success, from Weight Loss to Custom Goals

 

Have questions about your nutrition? Want to lose weight? Perhaps gain some muscle? I can’t write your nutrition plan (only a registered dietician can), but I can help educate you as you navigate the complex relationship with food we all experience on a day to day basis. I’ll get to know you to understand your goals and then teach you how to identify and remove barriers to foster success.

 

Nutrition is not easy, but together we will get you to your goals. Hint, constant and open communication is vital!

How It Works:

 

Through the use of food journals, daily weight check-ins, and constant communication, we’ll understand your daily eating habits and slowly modify them to lead you to your nutrition goals, whether they be weight loss, muscle gain, or anything in between. We’ll use the Everfit app to monitor and track your progress.
